AIE-15 How Do I Delete A Contact From A Pipeline In A Conversation Stage?

Welcome to the guide on deleting a contact from a pipeline in a conversation stage. This is useful if you use pipelines to manage to do items, or to track contacts across a sales process.Your employee can automatically close items.

1. Click here

Select the employee you wish to enable an action for.


2. Navigate to the stage you wish to edit

Navigate to the stage where you wish to add the action in.


3. Click "Trigger Actions"

Access the "Trigger Actions" menu


4. Click "Add Action"

Select the option to add a new action


5. Click "Delete From Pipeline"

Click "Delete From Pipeline"


6. Select the drop down

Select the drop down to see available pipelines you can deactivate from.


7. Select the pipeline you wish to remove the contact from

8. Click the "Ok" Button

Click the "Ok" Button to complete the action
