Welcome to the guide on setting up an appointment in a conversation stage. You will need to connect a booker to your Google or Microsoft calendar. The employee will then be able to check your availability automatically and help book an appointment in the middle of a conversation with a contact.
1. Click here
Select the employee you wish to enable an action for.
2. Navigate to the stage you wish to edit
Navigate to the stage where you wish to add the action in.
3. Click "Trigger Actions"
Access the "Trigger Actions" menu
4. Click "Add Action"
Select the option to add a new action
5. Click "Calendar Booking"
Choose the "Calendar Booking" option
6. Click here
Select the calendar you wish to connect. If none are shown, you will need to create a booker in the calendar menu.
7. Click "Select a Booker"
Choose the "Select a Booker" option
8. Click "CancelOk"
Select the "Cancel/Ok" option
9. Click here
Click here to complete the process.
