AIE-14 How Do I Remove A Contact From A Flow In A Conversation Stage?

Welcome to the guide on removing a contact to an automated workflow in a conversation stage. This allows you to trigger anything in your automated workflows within your system, and can be very powerful.

1. Click here

Select the employee you wish to enable an action for.


2. Navigate to the stage you wish to edit

Navigate to the stage where you wish to add the action in.


3. Click "Trigger Actions"

Access the "Trigger Actions" menu


4. Click "Add Action"

Select the option to add a new action


5. Click "Remove From Flow"

Click the Remove From Flow Action


6. Select the flow you wish to execute in this stage

Select the flow you wish to remove in this stage


7. Click "Ok"

Confirm the action by clicking "Ok"
