AIE-7 How Do I Edit A Conversational Stage?

This guide will walk you through the steps to set up a conversational stage. From accessing the Stages & Test Mode section to enabling the Conversation Vision, you will learn how to create an engaging and interactive employee training experience.

1. Click "Stages & Test Mode"

Click the submenu for "Stages & Test Mode" section.


2. Click the stage you want to edit

Select the stage you wish to edit.


3. Click here to edit the stage title

In the stage titleGive the stage a name.This name is important because your bot read the title of the stage for better understanding.It improves the accuracy in how your employee will jump from stage to stage.


4. Edit the instructions for your AI Employee here.

Select the Conversation stage instructions to give your AI Employee instructions to follow when the conversation reaches this stage.It is best practice to pretend like you are giving instructions to a real person here. Be very clear and concise.noteif this is not editable, you will need to contact your representative to assist you.


5. Click "Add Attempt"

If the person you are contacting doesn't answer, you can add a revive attempt for your AI Powered Employee to keep trying to engage the contact. If you want this, you can select the "Add Attempt" option. You can add multiple attempt at different time intervals.


6. Click "Hours"

Once clicked,you can then select the number and time unit.


7. Click "Add Action"

Optionally, you can add an action to fire when the AI Employee makes an attempt to reconnect with the customer. You can choose from a variety of actions.


8. Click "Trigger Actions"

You can also trigger actions when the customer enters this stage from another stage.


9. Click "When user hits this conversation stage"

If you wish to add an action, Select the "Trigger Actions" option..


10. Actions

To add an action,click the add action button. You can choose more than one action to trigger when a customer enters this stage.


11. Click "Conversation Vision"

The last section is coversation vision. This is to allow or restrict where the conversation is allowed to proceed from this conversation stage.This is a very important stage and is one of two places to check when your AI Powered Employee is not going to the right conversation stage.The other being the Stage Information prompt.


12. Click "on"

Any stage that is unchecked,that you want the conversation to be able to progess to, needs to be checked.


13. Fill "on"

Alternatively,turn on any unchecked boxes that you want the allow the conversation to proceed to from this stage.
