Welcome to the guide on adding a contact to a pipeline in a conversation stage. This is useful if you use pipelines to manage to do items, or to track contacts across a sales process.Your employee can automatically create and update items.
1. Click here
Select the employee you wish to enable an action for.
2. Navigate to the stage you wish to edit
Navigate to the stage where you wish to add the action in.
3. Click "Trigger Actions"
Access the "Trigger Actions" menu
4. Click "Add Action"
Select the option to add a new action
5. Click "Add To Pipeline"
Add the selected action to the pipeline
6. Select A Pipeline
Select the pipline you wish to add the user to.
7. Click here
Enter a name of the item to be placed in the pipeline. It is recommended to use the variables to add the contacts information.
8. This is where you add variables
Use the plus sign to access the system variables, like the user's name.
9. This is the stage you wish to place the item
Select the stage in the pipeline you wish to place the user.
10. Click "Save"
Save the changes by clicking "Save"
