Welcome to the guide on adding a contact to an automated workflow in a conversation stage. This allows you to trigger anything in your automated workflows within your system, and can be very powerful.
1. Click here
Select the employee you wish to enable an action for.
2. Navigate to the stage you wish to edit
Navigate to the stage where you wish to add the action in.
3. Click "Trigger Actions"
Access the "Trigger Actions" menu
4. Click "Add Action"
Select the option to add a new action
5. Click "Add To Flow"
Add the selected action to the flow
6. Select the flow you wish to execute in this stage
Select the flow you wish to execute in this stage
7. Optional
Optionally, you can enable this toggle to only add if the user is not already in the selected flow. this can be useful if you only want the automation to fire only once.
8. Click "Ok"
Confirm the action by clicking "Ok"
