Welcome to the guide on enabling your employee. There are a few steps you need to complete before you can turn your AI Powered Employee on.
1. Click here
Select the AI Powered Employee you wish to enable.
2. Click "Communication Tools"
You first need to confirm or add a way for your AI Powered employee has a contact channel. To Do this navigate to the "Communication Tools" section.
3. Click "Default Integration For Outreach"
Select the "Default Integration For Outreach" option. Confirm the default channel for you AI Powered employee. This will be the default channel while speaking to customers. If this is empty, you may need to purchase a phone number and enable SMS before you can choose a phone number.
4. Click "SMS"
Select the "SMS" feature or other default channel that has been enabled and configured.
5. Click "Settings"
Now go to the "Settings" menu.
6. Click "on"
Turn the switch to the "on" position.If you have properly configured your AI Employee, it will stay toggled on.If it reverts to off, please check the error message to finish the setup before you can enable it.
7. Click "start"
The next toggle is to enable a delay in the time your AI Powered Employee before it responds. This is good to make the employee to seem more natural and human like.It is recommended to turn this on to enable the delay.
