6. Click "Website"
Click on the "Website" section if you wish for the employee to learn about your website. This can be your business website or web pages that have expert information about your industry or products. The employee will learn all the pages with the same url connected to this page.
7. Put Your Website Name Here
Enter the desired name for your site. This is just for your reference later.
8. Type your URL here
Type in the proper URL of the site. We recommend going to your site and copying it from the address bar. The AI Employee will read all the text that is allowed on your website with the same domain. Keep in mind some websites are not crawlable or can have security protections that prevent it to be read by our automated system. If you experience issues, contact support so we can investigate.
9. Click "Submit"
Click on the "Submit" button to finish the submission. Repeat this for any additional websites you want your employee to learn.
10. Click "Add"
Now we can add frequently asked questions. To do so, click the add button.
11. Click "Question & Answer"
Access the "Question & Answer" section.
12. Fill Your Question Here
Type a common question people ask about your business. Some example of common questions are "What are your specials" , "what are your business hours", "what brands do you carry?", "what is your pricing?".
13. Fill in the answer here
Type the answer to the question here. It is best practice to answer as you normally would.
14. Click "Submit"
Click on the "Submit" button. You can repeat this process for each question you expect your AI Powered Employee to be asked. This format is really good at training your employee specific answers for your business.
15. Click "Add"
You can also train your employee with any text. This is helpful if your website does not have a lot of information or you wish to add content about service or products that are not on your website. To do so, click on the "Add" button.
16. Click "Content"
Content is a great place to copy and paste a whole document. You can paste a large amount of text here that can be updated and edited later.
17. Click "Title"
Give a title to the content for your reference. An example maybe product information with pricing. In that case, you can make the title the name of the product or service.
18. Fill in any relevant information to your topic here
Now fill in any information pertaining to your topic, product, or service. Be as descriptive or lengthy as you like. If you copied from another document, you can paste it here.
19. Click "Submit"
Click on the "Submit" button.
20. Click "Start Training"
Once you have finished inputting all your training data, proceed by clicking on the "Start Training" button. This will initiate the learning process. Please remember, any changes made to your data, or website, should be followed by a return to this section to click the "Start Training" button again. This ensures your employee's knowledge is updated accordingly.
21. Wait for the "Training" label to update to "Ready"
When you notice the blue "Training" label, it indicates that your employee is currently being trained on your content. Depending on the volume of data, this process may take a few minutes. If the status does not automatically change to "Ready," you can manually refresh your page.
22. Now Your Employee Is Trained!
Once you see the "Ready" label, it indicates that your employee has successfully absorbed all the information you've provided. You can now proceed to the "Stages & Test Mode" section to test your bot. This will allow you to verify if your employee has accurately understood the details about your business.
