This guide will walk you through the process of assigning work to your employee in Manual Mode. You will learn how to navigate the application and select the appropriate options to assign tasks.

Go to app.closegpt.ai

1. Click here

Select the employee you wish to assign work to.

2. Click "Assigned Work"

Navigate to the "Assigned Work" section.

3. Click "Manual Mode"

Select the "Manual Mode" option. This mode will mean the only way your employee will start working is via a manual action or through an automation step.

4. Click "1"

The "max conversation setting attempts per contact" controls the amount of time between attempts, your AI Powered Employee will attempt to engage your customer

5. Click "Days"

This selection can set the unit of time, like days, weeks, or months.

6. Click "Weeks"

Select "Weeks" as the time period.

7. Click "3"

The Max attempts per contact, controls the number of times, in total, that the AI Powered Employee will attempt to reach the customer without the customer responding.
