AIE-18 How Do I Ask Questions & Collect Data In A Conversation Stage?

Welcome to the guide on collecting data or information in a conversation stage.

1. Click here

Select the employee you wish to enable an action for.

2. Navigate to the stage you wish to edit

Navigate to the stage where you wish to add the action in.

3. Click "Trigger Actions"

Access the "Trigger Actions" menu

4. Click "Add Action"

Select the option to add a new action

5. Click "Collect & Save Data (Form)"

Choose the "Collect & Save Data (Form)" option

6. Click "If the customer asks about a demo or wants to book a demo"

Put some instructions on when and why the AI Employee is collecting this information.

7. Click "Package Sign Up Demo"

Select the existing form you wish to connect. This form will ask each item as a question in a conversational manner.

8. Click "Package Sign Up Demo"

Alternatively, you can create a new form easily here.

9. Click "New Skill Form"

Choose the "New Skill Form" option

10. Click "Ok"

Confirm the action by clicking "Ok"
