Welcome to the guide on Automatically Resolve A Conversation in a conversation stage. This is useful to keep your inbox tidy with old or contacts who you don't need to keep an eye on.
1. Click here
Select the employee you wish to enable an action for.
2. Navigate to the stage you wish to edit
Navigate to the stage where you wish to add the action in.
3. Click "Trigger Actions"
Access the "Trigger Actions" menu
4. Click "Add Action"
Select the option to add a new action
5. Click "Resolve Conversation"
Choose the "Resolve Conversation" option
6. Click "If the customer asks about a demo or wants to book a demo"
Put some instructions on when and why the AI Employee is collecting this information.
7. Click "Package Sign Up Demo"
Select the existing form you wish to connect. This form will ask each item as a question in a conversational manner.
8. Click "Package Sign Up Demo"
Alternatively, you can create a new form easily here.
9. Click "New Skill Form"
Choose the "New Skill Form" option
10. Click "Ok"
Confirm the action by clicking "Ok"
11. Click "Calendar Booking"
Choose the "Calendar Booking" option
12. Click here
Select the calendar you wish to connect. If none are shown, you will need to create a booker in the calendar menu.
13. Click "Select a Booker"
Choose the "Select a Booker" option
14. Click "CancelOk"
Select the "Cancel/Ok" option
