Welcome to the guide on adding a tag in a conversation stage. This is useful if you use tags to identify customers if they reached a certain stage in a conversation.
1. Click here
Select the employee you wish to enable an action for.
2. Navigate to the stage you wish to edit
Navigate to the stage where you wish to add the action in.
3. Click "Trigger Actions"
Access the "Trigger Actions" menu
4. Click "Add Action"
Select the option to add a new action
5. Click "Add Tag"
Click the Add Tag action.
6. Select The Tag You Wish To Add At This Stage
Select the tag you wish to add at this stage.
7. Click "Ok"
Confirm the action by clicking "Ok"
