Webhooks are configured on a per employee basis. Select the employee you wish to connect to an external source.
2. Click "Communication Tools"
Navigate to the "Communication Tools" section.
3. Click "Enable"
Enable the webhook functionality.
4. Put the name of your connection here
Give your connection a name
5. Click here to copy your webhook URL
Click the copy button to copy your inbound URL. This is the URL you need to put in your 3rd party application to send information to your AI Powered Employee.

This is an example of the payload in the format your 3rd party system will need to send to your AI Powered Employee.
7. Click "Customize Outboud Payload"
Now we need to customize the outbound payload. This url is provided by your 3rd party application. This is where your AI Powered Employee will send responses to your 3rd party application..
8. Click "Outbound Webhook Url"
The URL provided by your 3rd party app should be placed here.
9. Click "Test"
Test the webhook integration.
10. Click "Save"
If your test was successfull on our end, you will be able to save the webhook settings.
