How to record Inbound/Outbound calls through the extension

Go to the phone tab. Click on the phone tab then click on the extension tab and then click on the pencil icon for the edit extension tab.

When you click on the edit extension tab new window is open for you, Now click on the record call dropdown box and select the category of recording calls.
Save your settings your process is complete.
