Updating product or service names: If your company has changed the names of its products or services, or you bought White Label product from Company where you have to only change the name for your business, you can use Find & Replace to update these names in your chatbot's responses.
Addressing company rebranding: If you purchased White Label software and want to rebrand or If your company has undergone rebranding, you can use Find & Replace to update the company name, logo, or any other relevant information in your chatbot's responses.
Here's a general guideline on how to use Find & Replace:
Go to Advanced Setting under AI Chat Bot:
- Click on Add Button: Click on Add button to add your find and replace
- Enter Find and Replace Content: Enter your Find text in Find field and Replace text in Replace field. You can add multiple Find and Replace by clicking on Add Button.
- Review the changes: Carefully review the updated content to ensure the find and replace operation was successful and did not introduce any errors or inconsistencies.
- Save your changes: Save your updated chatbot content and test the chatbot to ensure the changes have been implemented correctly.
- Click on Start Training
