The "Don't Understand Message" in bot settings is a predefined response that the chatbot sends when it cannot understand a user's query or fails to find a suitable response in its training data.

This message is typically a simple, polite response that encourages the user to rephrase their question or seek assistance in another way. Examples of "Don't Understand Messages" include:

  • "I'm sorry, I didn't understand your question. Can you please rephrase it?"
  • "I apologize, but I'm not sure how to help with that. Can you provide more information?"
  • "I'm unable to assist with that request. Please try asking in a different way."

Step 1: Access the AI Chatbot section

  1. Log in to the platform using your account credentials.
  2. Click on "AI Chatbot" in the left menu bar to access the chatbot section.

Step 2: Open your chatbot
