Users can customize their chatbot's appearance, including the bot color and image, by following these steps:

1. Log in to your AI Chat account.
2. Click on "AI Chatbot" in the left menu bar.
3. Select your chatbot by clicking on its name.
4. Navigate to "Bot Settings" where you can manage the chatbot's appearance.
5. Click on Bot image in order to change image.
6. Click on Bot color in order to choose your desired color.
7. After making changes it will be auto saved to apply the new appearance settings.
