You can view all chats and conversations by following these steps:
- Log in to the NEO Chatbot platform: Sign in with your account credentials.
- Access the Chats section: Click on "Chats" in the left menu bar. This will open the chat options.
- View All Chats: Click on "All" to display all conversations, including those managed by the chatbot and human agents.
By accessing the "All" chats section, you can view the complete list of conversations, monitor your chatbot's performance, and analyze user interactions. This helps you identify any issues or areas for improvement and make adjustments to your chatbot's training data or settings accordingly.
