How to Rate your Experience after a Phone Call in an Automation Flow

Select the Phone Flow

Go to add Flow and you need to Select the Phone Flow Type To get access to the Phone Settings in the Flow. Assign the Flow to a Number for it to start working.

Drag and Drop Rate your Experience

Add the Rate your Experience after the Call for getting the customer rating on the quality of the Service provided.


Setting up The Rate Your Experience

Add the Text to Speech, the voice over and the number of Retries before the rating.


Remaining Settings and Finally Save

Adding the Rating, Invalidation Text to Speech and to finally Saving the Step after the call Forwarding
